Job Title: LOYALTY PROGRAMMER (Apply Online)
Job Location: Phnom Penh
- Develop and maintain Loyalty Program for Sokha Hotels & Resorts
- Propose to create new image of Sokha Hotels & Resorts Signature Loyalty Card
- Understand Loyalty system’s flow in connection to PMS, POS
- Issue Loyalty/VIP card to clients according to request
- Collect and keep record of Loyalty membership data
- In put and update membership’s expense and point
- Create appreciation or celebration program for Loyalty membership
- Promote and create awareness of Sokha Hotels & Resorts Loyalty Program
- Others’ tasks assigned by Director
- Bachelor degree of Sales & Marketing or Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2 years experiences in membership program
- Proficiency in Hotels Operation Knowledge and Hotel Systems
- English communication well (writing, speaking, and listening)
- Be able to work flexible and under pressure
