Job Description

  • To manage the daily operations and to create efficient production units
  • Control implementation of standards operating procedures
  • Improve and update standards sanitation procedures
  • Drive support services team to operation efficiency
  • On site recall and inspections
  • To increase the profitability while keeping high standard and quality
  • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
  • Participates on the budgeting and forecasting processes  
  • To drive the top (sales) and cooperate with group finance team for financials KPI activity 

 

Job Requirement

  • At least Bachelor degree in Business Management, Communication, Finance or related fields
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant of experience in managerial position and possess good knowledge in retail business and operations  
  • Ability to manage a multicultural team and displays leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of customers and service providers
  • Can work under pressure and easily in fast phased environment
