My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a terrific time. The service is very good and very efficient. The hotel's location is really close to town and a quick ride to Angkor Wat. The hotel is a quick 15-20 minute into town or you can catch a Tuk Tuk for $2 into town where there are lots of restaurants, bars and the night markets. The included breakfast is terrific with excellent choices of western or Asian foods. They rotate out the hot food choices daily but there are a few staples like a made to order omelette/egg station, noodle soup station, and rice porridge station. The other hot foods that were rotated were: fried rice, stir fried noodles, pancakes, waffles, sausage, vegetables, and dim sum. Good selection ofMore ⇓
“Luxury in Siem Reap”
This a fantastic resort style hotel very close to the CBD area. Very close to airport and the temples.
Absolutely can not fault this place, except for the beds, (very firm by western standards).
Fantastic pool, grounds, service and staff, all top notch.
But..........I would not stay here again. I can find any number of western style resorts, but to experience a bit of local flavour i would definitely choose to stay at the other accommodation I had in Siem Reap.
OK, the lift was a bit crappy, the hotel was a lot older and needed a little maintenance, but it still had everything this place had, just not as grand, and it was 1/3 the price.
Not sure if it OK to name the other place in
“We'll be back!”
Great hotel. Nice surroundings , convenient for eating out and markets etc.
Comfortable and huge sized bed and a well equipped bathroom . The TV was a bit lacking and would benefit from a retune but we were so tired every night we didn't really bother with the TV.
The general staff at this hotel are excellent. Always happy, always asking if we had a good day or wishing us a great day if we were on our way out. Seeing us outside the entrance gates deciding which way to walk, one of the door men came rushing to us offering us a map and then some advice of shortcuts. We were able to interact with them very well and one or two of the doormen took the trouble to memorise all our names. No
“Great pool, great location, great service”
A great hotel with mostly European and Korean clientele. We were the only Chinese during our stay there as far as we know. We stayed for 4 nights in a street-view room. The room is of a good size, and the air conditioning works fine. Light sleepers may consider paying extra for pool-view rooms because the windows in our room don't shut tightly, so that street traffic can be heard. Luckily, the traffic wasn't busy at night and we had no problem sleeping tight.
The breakfast is great with a nice spread. The pool is enormous without many people (at the peak of the high season). I used the jacuzzi twice and I had the whole place to myself. The service is excellent as hotel staff really went out of
“Nice & relaxing”
Good hotel in near central Siem Reap.
Very welcoming staff, nice rooms, gardens, pool and breakfast on the terrasse.
Surrounding area restaurants not too impressive but just a tuk tuk away to the old market fixes that.
